Welcome to AntNFC!

This agreement is entered into by and between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") and AntNFC APP (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "this App"). This App is an iOS utility tool focused on NFC (Near Field Communication) tag reading and writing.

Before using this App, please read this entire agreement carefully. Once you download, install, or use this App, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this agreement.

1. Services Provided

This App utilizes the NFC capabilities of iOS devices to provide the following services:

• Read NFC Tags: Read NDEF data from NFC Forum-compliant tags (such as NTAG, MIFARE Ultralight, etc.).
• Write/Edit NFC Tags: Write text, URLs, contact information, and other data to blank or writable NFC tags.
• Format/Erase Tags: Format or erase data on supported NFC tags (depending on tag hardware limitations).
• History Management: Save records of tags you have read or written (stored locally on your device).

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use this App on iOS devices that you legally own, solely for non-commercial or personally authorized lawful purposes.

3. User Conduct

When using this App, you must comply with the following rules:

• Lawful Use: You shall not use this App to read, write, or tamper with any NFC tags that do not belong to you, or for any act that infringes on others' privacy or damages others' property (such as overwriting important data).
• No Abuse: You shall not use this App for any illegal activities (such as copying access cards for unauthorized entry or copying payment cards). You acknowledge and agree that some NFC cards (e.g., bank cards, encrypted access cards) are protected by security mechanisms, and this App cannot and does not guarantee the ability to read or write them.
• Content Responsibility: You are solely legally responsible for any content (such as URLs, text) you write to tags.

4. Disclaimer

• Functional Limitations: Due to limitations of the iOS system, this App may not be able to read or write all types of NFC tags (such as FeliCa, MIFARE DESFire, and other advanced encrypted cards). Read/write success depends on your device model (iPhone 7 or newer required), iOS version, and the physical condition of the tag.
• Data Loss: We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from improper operation, physical damage to the tag, or signal interruption during write or erase operations. It is recommended that you confirm backups before operating on important tags.
• Third-Party Links: Content such as URLs read from tags may redirect to third-party services. The privacy practices of those services are unrelated to this App.

5. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights of this App (including code, interface design, and icons) belong to AntNFC APP. You shall not reverse engineer, crack, or distribute this App.

6. Modification of Terms

We may update these terms as needed. The modified terms will be announced within the App or on the App Store update page. Your continued use of this App will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Termination

You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling this App. If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to prohibit your future use of this App.
